Express Coincidental Resemblance Waiver: All personal names (including common illustrative placeholders such as "Alex Miller," "Sarah Jenkins," or generic equivalents), channel handles, entity references, storylines, and dialogue utilized in demo states or sample presets are completely fictional, fabricated, and generated solely for layout demonstration, interface prototyping, and educational testing purposes.

Any resemblance or similarity to actual living or deceased persons, registered corporate entities, authentic digital creators, trademarked channels, active URLs, or existing social media accounts is entirely coincidental, unintentional, and unintended. Utilyx Hub, its developers, operators, and host infrastructure categorically disclaim any intent to impersonate, parody, libel, defame, disparage, or appropriate the name, likeness, or persona of any individual, creator, or enterprise.
